Training Wednesdays at Ipswich RFC- Humber Doucey Lane

Mondays at Colchester RFC Mill Road all season.

Everyone welcome - 7pm start - prompt!

Eastern RL organises Rugby League in Suffolk and North Essex.  It is a joint venture between Ipswich Rhinos and Colchester Romans to promote Rugby League in East Anglia and to provide a structure to help with the administration of both clubs.

Eastern RL runs three teams providing opportunities for rugby players of all standards and abilities:

• Ipswich Rhinos are the First Grade side competing in the Southern Premier league of the Rugby League Conference 
• Colchester Romans are the Second Grade side playing in the East Division of the RLC
• Eastern Raiders are a Development side and will play occasional friendlies

We also run a under 16s side and next year are looking to run a u16s, u14s and a under 18 side
