Eastern Rhinos Annual Presentation Evening 2011

Colchester Rugby Club played host to the Eastern Rhinos end of season presentation evening which saw over 100 guests pack the main bar on Friday 16th September to celebrate a fantastic season. This was an opportunity to show our appreciation for some of the outstanding efforts and performances that had been on display throughout the club this year. The winners of awards were as follows:   

     Junior Awards:

Under 14s Player of the year: Jack Greenland, Most improved player: Liam Tulley

Under 16s Player of the year: Eddie Smith, Most improved player: Rob Jack

Under 18s Player of the year: George O'Connor, Most improved player: Rory Parkinson-Lynn

 

Mens Awards:

Young Player: Alex Gardiner.

Most Improved: Dan Donnelly

Club Man: Scott Warner

Player of the Year: Paul Le Marquand

Players Player: Scott Warner

 

It is the Off Season at Present 

  If you are interested in playing come along, and if you have a mate that can play bring them too.  

 Eastern Rhinos RL run the following teams providing opportunities for people of all standards and abilities:

  • The First Grade side, The Eastern Rhinos. competing in the Southern Premier league of the Cooperative Rugby League Conference  
  • A youth section with teams for boys aged 12 through to 18 years old. 
  • We are the Regions Rugby League team Players involved from Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk and Further!
